• Visa for Tourists Arriving in Israel from Visa-Exempt Countries

     

    Starting January 1, 2025, all tourists arriving in Israel from visa-exempt countries are required to have a digital tourist entry permit (Electronic Travel   Authorization - ETA IL)

    .The application for the digital authorization must be submitted at least 72 hours before entering Israel-

    .The authorization is valid for two years, or until the expiry of the passport (whichever comes first)-

    .The permit is subject to a fee of 25 NIS (payment by credit card, non-refundable)-

    .In the event of a new travel document being issued, name/gender/citizenship change, a new application must be submitt-

    .The permit is valid for up to 90 days for one visit; for a longer stay, an application must be submitted to the Population and Immigration Authority-

    . Please note that if you have another visa (student/business/other), you do not need to apply for an ETA-IL-

    .It should be noted that the digital permit does not replace the border control procedure; all visitors must check and pass border control-
